"I just wanted to thank you for the efforts that John and Bevan went to in assisting me in fixing the problem we had with the Albany to Albany South microwave link. Not only did the lads have to drive four hours to get to site, they then repeatedly scaled both towers in less than ideal weather until the microwave link came back to life. After this, John and Bevan completed routine maintenance and returned to Perth in time to remove the microwave link at Shenton Park at 6am this morning for installation by more of your crew today at Albany. Throughout, all staff have presented a thoroughly professional manner without complaint.
